Rachel’s Vineyard, founded by Dr. Theresa Burke, is a program that offers unique weekend retreats to help people who are struggling with post-abortion emotions in a safe place. It is confidential, nonjudgmental, and supports women and men who have struggled with anger toward themselves or others. Through sensory-based exercises, counseling techniques, group therapy discussions, and Living Scripture Exercises, traumatic loss is grieved, and painful emotions are transformed into forgiveness and hope.
