As an ob/gyn physician for over 30 years, I have cared for many women in similar circumstances as portrayed in Conceivable. My wife and I were touched by this
courageous and victorious story. Conceivable is a realistic portrayal of the social, emotional, and physical challenges for these women that validates the need to share this message. Thank God, when He is involved, we ultimately celebrate a happy ending!

This film offers a deep look at the challenges and struggles faced by women committed to the principle that life is to be honored and welcomed from its earliest beginnings when an unplanned pregnancy disrupts all their plans. It acknowledges that discerning the path of faithfulness is not simple, and requires the support of other committed believers.

Conceivable offered an entertaining yet educational outreach opportunity for our organization. As the characters weighed the pros and cons of an unplanned pregnancy, each audience member inevitably considered the strength of their own prolife position. The overriding theme was a beautiful reminder that a life lived following God's will far surpasses anything that a mere human can plan or desire.

After 30+ years helping lead the national pro-life movement, I did encounter people with similar experiences. [Conceivable’s] treatment of how internally difficult such a surprising pregnancy is was spot-on. Simply exposing it to the light of day—when in most instances it is hidden from view out of shame or fear—seems terribly important. . I thought that was done very well. (May I also compliment the acting and cinematography? Excellent in my humble and amateur assessment! Bravo!)
[Conceivable] very effectively [introduces its] audience to the fact that pregnancy, abortion, and child rearing are complicated—but for some, those complications are far simpler to resolve than they are for others.

The film Conceivable offers a compelling and sobering depiction of the realities surrounding unplanned pregnancy. It accurately reflects how - even with the best intentions - family, friends, and even spiritual leaders can offer guidance that is emotionally driven rather than rooted in the truth of God’s Word. This underscores the critical need for biblical wisdom and compassion when walking alongside women facing unexpected pregnancies.
Importantly, the film also challenges the common stereotypes about who experiences unplanned pregnancy. At our Pregnancy Center, we see this firsthand: nearly 25% of our clients navigating a pregnancy decision are 35 or older. This makes the themes of Conceivable not only relevant but essential in reaching women across all life stages.
As we reflect on the importance of truth and grace in these moments, I’m reminded of James 1:5 "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." May we be people who seek God’s wisdom over human opinion as we serve women and families in need.
